Strawberries (400g)

Known as the “fruit of the heavens,” everyone loves these hard to find little sweet treats.  Considered a luxury by some cultures and a place of honor in others, we have a freighter that brings us a load in every couple months.  Brought to us by the resilient little plant that grows in low places, hard conditions, and still seems to thrive without concern, strawberries are a delicious and savory starting point to help us see what we might have forgotten to enjoy… the little things.
